On Our Own Services, Inc. is a nonprofit Community Rehabilitation Program dedicated to creating meaningful employment opportunities and promoting independence through work. We provide comprehensive training, ongoing support, and a positive environment that empowers individuals to develop skills, build confidence, and achieve their fullest potential.

Our mission is to promote independence, dignity, and success by connecting individuals to meaningful employment and career development opportunities. Through training and supportive services, we help our employees grow both personally and professionally while contributing valuable services to our community. We are actively seeking partnerships with community organizations, educational institutions and veteran service organizations to create employment pathways and expand opportunities for those seeking meaningful work.
