Work training is provided through the State of Texas “Works Wonders” and the Federal government “Ability One” programs. Service contracting opportunities give us a chance to train and employ our individuals in real world work experiences while demonstrating each individuals ability to provide the highest quality of services to our customers the Federal Government, The State of Texas and political subdivisions within Texas.

On Our Own Services, Inc. also provides job placements services to individuals wanting community out placements. Out placement promotes the interaction between the community and the persons with disabilities.
